Delivery

Our jewelry is shipped in the United States,We can deliver worldwide.

Please note that international shipments may not meet national standards, specifications and labeling requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is acceptable.

You will receive a shipping notification by email to your electronic mailing address notifying you of your tracking details and projected transaction date.

Transaction time = processing time + shipping time

Processing Time

All our products are made to order and usually take 3-4 weeks..

Luxury design and special customization to communicate the agreed delivery time shall prevail.

Shipping Time

 

1.US Shipping

1. Free shipping for orders to the United States, Canada and Australia.

2. Standard shipping: takes 5-7 business days, USPS free shipping within the US.

2.International Shipping

1. Shipping to other international locations is $40, free shipping on orders over $800.

2. Shipments are sent by FedEx, UPS or DHL and require a phone number.

3. International delivery usually takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping Policy:

1. For security reasons, it is not possible to change the delivery address after placing an order.

2. After issuing the courier waybill notice, we cannot repackage the package to another address for any reason.

3. Orders with apo/fpo addresses will be transferred for delivery.
We are not responsible for delays in transmission caused by incorrect transfer address or updated address information after delivery to the carrier.

Expedited Orders:

1.For expedited orders, production will be completed 2-3 days earlier than normal production and then shipped.

About taxes and duties

U.S.: The district in which you are located will be exempt from taxes and deductions.

Australia, Canada, UK and Europe: We will make every effort to do so, but orders may be subject to tax deductions and chargebacks that customers will need to undertake.

International: Orders may be subject to customs duties, which are at the customer’s expense. Please contact your local customs office.

If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or rejection, they will bear full responsibility for all return shipping costs, customs fees and labor charges。
