Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All Oveela items are custom made or specially ordered pieces are created especially for, and based on, the exact requirements of each individual client, while we still want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Oveela.

 We have a 45-day Return or exchange policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving the item to request a Return or exchange.

Return

Each piece of Oveela Jewelry is made to order,They are 100% handcrafted Returns that are not initiated by quality issues. we will charge the shipping fee andd handcrafting fees(30% of total order value). Shipping and handmade costs will be deducted from the original payment (free shipping items will also be charged postage).We usually charge an additional restocking fee for expensive items with special designs. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

All documents (including GIA, IGI ,GIS,certificates, if applicable) , Luxury custom made and engraved jewelry is not acceptable for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Service@Oveela.com. If your return request is approved, please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please include the jewelry box, jewelry certificate (if applicable), and a note with your order number and email address inside the package so that we can process your request in a timely manner.

 

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved.
1.If approved, we will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the return (excluding weekends and US public holidays).
2.Upon receipt of the return, the Paypal account, credit card company or debit card you used to make the purchase will be debited with the shipping and handmade fee (30% of the total order value).
3.Your credit card company 、Paypal account、 may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

Exchange OR Resize Policy

For jewelry that is not sized correctly for reasons not attributable to our manufacturing, we offer paid labor services and will charge a $200.00 labor fee to replace or resize the item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled if the customer initiates the cancellation before our shipping time. Cancellations made within 12 hours will receive a full refund, . cancellations made after 12 hours will Or cancel after confirming our production information email be subject to a 20% restocking fee.If approved, we will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your request (excluding weekends and US public holidays).

To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision by email here using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address. Any returns after the 5 day period stated above will be at the discretion of Oveela Jewelry.

Shipping returns

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. If you are returning the item for a refund or exchange, please include the jewelry box, jewelry certification (if applicable), and a note with your order number and email address inside the package so that we can process your request promptly.

Diamond grading reports and appraisals are not required for repairs and resizes. If an item was delivered with a diamond report, the return must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report. Otherwise, customers will bear the cost for a replacement report.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
