Intellectual Property Rights Policy
Oveela’s custom jewelry allows its users to participate in the design of the jewelry, and we also collaborate with a number of jewelry designers to publish their jewelry creations, and after the customer places an order, Oveela produces and delivers the item to the customer. In creating these designs, these users, designers, agree that they have all the necessary legal rights. Oveela cannot ensure that 100% of users and designers actually have these legal rights.
If you suspect that your intellectual property rights have been violated, you may contact us directly at Service@Oveela.com by clicking on “live chat” at the bottom of the site and submitting a completed DMCA notice.
For non-copyright issues, your information should include, at a minimum, a list of your intellectual property rights, proof of your ownership of the intellectual property, a list of links to all designs that you believe have been infringed, and your contact information.
In accordance with Oveela’s Repeat Infringer Policy, those products that repeatedly receive a valid takedown notice will be taken off the shelves and the collaboration with the designer of the collection will be terminated.
