If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Oveela Jewelry offers a 45-day return guarantee for online orders. Please refer to the next question for further information on the conditions for return.

We cannot process returns for additional requests for custom jewelry, engraved items, and other products that do not exist in our sales catalogue, unless the quality of the product is an issue.

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same confition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Package your items securely in the original packing materials. If your return is for refund or exchange, please include any diamond grading reports or appraisals. Diamond grading reports and appraisals are not required for repairs and resizes. If an item was delivered with a diamond report, the return must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report. Otherwise, customers will bear the cost for a replacement report.

To begin returning items, you can contact us at Service@Oveela.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to mail the package.

Each piece of Oveela Jewelry is made to order, Returns that are not initiated by quality issues. we will charge the shipping fee andd handcrafting fees（30% of total order value）. Shipping and handmade costs will be deducted from the original payment (free shipping items will also be charged postage).
